This blog is a companion to my first blogging effort, Ravings Of A Rational Mind. Ravings is designed to offer a sardonic, even sarcastic, dare I say iconoclastic view of the world around us. As such it is heavy on literary merit but light on facts, as they would interfere with the fluffy, tart flavor of the blog.Ratiocinations, as the word implies, is a much more serious blogging effort. Its posts are erudite, link-heavy, graphics-intensive, and carefully analytical. It is the Beef Bourguignon to Ravings' Key Lime Mousse.
